AIJU participates in the WHEC 2016, the greatest worldwide event on hydrogen and fuel cells issues.

During the last 13 to 17 of June, the 21st edition of the World Hydrogen Energy Conference, acronym in English WHEC 2016, was held in Zaragoza. This bi-annual event has become the greatest forum for researchers, enterprises and policy makers involved in what is considered the energy of the future, hydrogen and fuel cells. In this edition near 1000 worldwide delegates as well as speakers of the highest level attended. AIJU took this congress to present a work related to the “Sustainable production of hydrogen by steam reforming of bio-ethanol, using Zinc Oxide (ZnO) enhanced with cobalt (Co), result of the European project LIFE13 ENV/ES/000173 GREENZO, coordinated by AIJU. This project is just an example of the RTD that AIJU has been carrying out during the last 10 years on hydrogen and fuel cells, which has enabled to position itself as a leader in this field, at national and European level.
